not yet, but its probably the best accessory exercise to compliment your deadlift.

x2 I'm deloading right now and have been doing them. Not like that video though, I slightly bend my knees and arch my back more.

You are wrong. Its a posterior chain exercise that can be used for both squats and deads.

I've done them in the past but they hurt my knees alot, I do stiff leg deads and RDL's alot, I think I might work Good Mornings back in, my football team used to do them in a complex, Hangclean, push press, goodmornings, thats a tough one.

Just go as low as you can. The good morning itself will increase your ham flexibility.

im not wrong. you have a lot of arrogance for a 5'6 180 pound 23 year old who benches 135, deadlifts 405 in his prime, and squats 275x5.

Either you are one of the most persistent trolls ever tallguy, or there is something really sadly wrong with your psyche.
The two are actually probably not mutually exclusive.
A strict good morning is essentially a romanian deadlift with a bar on your back.

strong quick reply. a gm is the perfect lift to aid in the skwat . i never said it cant be for a dl as well, but its ideal for the squat, because people get stuck in that position all the time, and good morning the wweight. (they get stuck at the middle part of a goodmorning not the parallels part.)

I gotcha.
The way you insisted it was a squat assistance exercise after deads and posterior chain were mentioned made it seem like you thought it was exclusively a squat exercise.
