Looking for some help

Whats up people, I just registered here about a week ago because i am ready to lose weight. Im 19 years old 6'1 and 307 lbs and i realized that this is unacceptable. So, ive changed my diet cutting out all fast food and sweets, all pop, strictly water, but i have some questions.

First, i am really picky about what i eat and its hard be consistant about when i eat because i go to college full time and work about 22 hours a week on top of that. Im just looking for some suggestions for what are some good foods that are low fat and low in calories for snacks and meals. One thing i hate is tuna, so please, no tuna suggestions.

Second, what is a good work out routine to lose weight. Ive just started going to the gym but im not really sure what i should be doing. Right now i am doing about 45 minutes on the treadmill about 5 days a week, just going to slowly build that up unless you have any suggestions.

Any information will help.
Thanks

Jabroni,
Good job on deciding to make the change. It's hard as hell to make a change like this when you have school going on, and work on top of it? Damn. I went back to school at the age of 31 and gained 35 lbs, and I was already fat!
What's worked for me over the past few weeks is protein shakes, apples, cottage cheese, and flaxseed oil. I know, not the tastiest choices, but you have to remember what is important here. If you can get excited about the nutritional quality of the food you are putting into your body, and realize this is about being healthy and not about the food, eventually you actually learn to like the foods. I hate tuna also, so I tried mixing in some onions, celery, and oatmeal. That helped. But what really helped is when I added some Santa Fe dressing by Wishbone to it. You can find it in the salad dressing aisle. It's like a salsa type vinegarette. It has kind of a "salsa" flavor, and totally kills the tuna flavor. Also, for protein shakes, Wal-Mart has whey protein made by Body Fortress that I use (along with others) that has BCAA's and is loaded with other great supps (creatine, glutamine). On a budget, it's great because it's only 14 bucks. Drink two a day in between meals for some quick nutrition and you're good to go.
I'm doing the 12 week transformation on this site. For beginning bodybuilding (as I am), that's what I would recommend. I dropped ten pounds in the first week. Since then I feel like I lost another five. I'm weighing myself every two weeks. I'm not going to drop all my weight in one week, so I figure if I weigh myself every two weeks I'll see greater losses and that will have a better psychological effect on me.
Sorry it got so long. You opened up a whole can of worms here! Well, I gotta go hit the elliptical before work here. Have a great day!
