Hello, I have a strong chest, im 150lbs and i bench 225 6 times. The problem im having is that i wish to form my lower chest more. I would like to see more of a rounded lower pec instead of having most of my mass int the middle of my pec. Ive been told to do decline bench, which i do, but doesnt do much. Is there any other excercises that would give me a nice cut chest?
Thanks for everyones imput.

nice cut chest? = proper nutrition, calorie deficit with cardio
if you want to hit he lower chest, dips, pullovers, decline bench, standing cable crossovers

start alternating weighted pull-ups and weighted dips for actual freeweights for 6 weeks. You will get stronger and shock your body, you will also develop better muscle tone and defination in the areas that dont get worked out that often

This. I noticed a rounding out of the lower chest almost immediately.

I do all these exercises and eat very healthy. The problem is not fat content, but the shape of the muscle.
