No pulldown station

I have a home gym and am pretty broke. I don't have a pull down station or a preacher curl station. I have found it increasingly difficult to get my tricepts and bicepts sore. Does any one have any suggestions for excersizes, aside from the obvious skull crusher, kick backs, behind the head press, seated, standing and hammer curls to really get my arms sore. I used to finish up my arm day with curls on the cable machine and pulldowns...i really think those last 6 sets is what REALLY got my arms sore and developed. I don't have that machine now. Any suggestions?

Well they have that thing on TV that hooks up to your door frame and claims to not break the door lol. I don't know if it works but it looks pretty handy.

Yeah I mean i got a squat rack type thing with a chin up bar. I do like fifty zillion pullups all the time. I'd really like a compact pulley station just soemthign i can do pull downs and curls on. Anyone know of any such piece of equipment that won't cost me 500 bucks and won't take up an ass load of room? I was conisdreing buying some pulleys and calbe and building my own. (after all i am a mechnanical engineer)

Make do with free weights and body weight stuff (i.e. db and bb curls, lying tricep extension, overhead tricep extension, skull crushers, db kick backs, bench dips).

make one. i bet you could build a stand up preacher station out of some scrap wood. who cares if it's ghetto as long as it suits those muscles. lulz......personally i would rather do spider curls rather than preacher curls. better range of motion and better pump.
