Good for you - working out for a year straight is awesome! Surely you must have lost a lot at the beginning but this is where it gets hard. It sounds like you've hit a plateau. I can honestly tell you that a fat burner won't do too much for you - yet. As with most fat burners, people tend to see results when they are already at a fairly low body fat percentage.

The good news is there are a few things you can tweak to get yourself losing (fat) and gaining muscle. Take a look at your diet - how clean is it really? Scivation has a diet that might help you out here. It is a harcore diet (for bodybuilders) but I am just going to give you the link so you can see what types of foods are considered "clean" and really good for continued fat loss. It is by far the best diet I have come across:

Also, what does your training look like? Maybe you need to switch things up? Throw a couple HIIT sessions into your cardio routine. Also, if you're not lifting weights - you should really consider it! It will help speed up your fatloss by increasing your lean body mass, which will help raise your metabolism. You may gain weight on the scale, but it will be muscle and you'll look more toned and sexy than cardio will ever make you!

Hope this helped a bit.

Good luck!

x2!

Having a coach/trainer to hold you accountable is a great step.

Once you can honestly say that your training, diet and cardio are being followed TO A T, THEN consider adding supplements.
