My 2X training,healthy or not?

I am a martial artist and I body build for fun and fitness but as I got deeper into MA I started mixing the two. However in doing that I was limited to strict eqipment that wouldn't help my fighting skill or my agility. As a result I came up with I created training by multiples, a technique in which you wear weights that equal up to or past your body weight starting at 2X or double your body weight. With that amount of weight on I live in until I can't feel it there any more. But I also continue my normal training and studies while in the weight suit.Note that I'm only 15 years old and I don't know too much, but the training has given me incredible results, without too much bulky, clumsy, weight gain. just hit me up and tell me what you think.

so essentially you are wearing a weighted vest all the time? If so, I've heard of several people doing this for wrestling, and they have all boasted great results. I think over time, always carrying that extra weight would greatly increase the strength of your legs and core
