Sometimes we forget that Bodybuilding is a sport. No matter how hard you challange yourself, in the gym or the kitchen, you're suppose to enjoy it. If it's not the hardest chore you'll ever love, you won't be around long. Keep it simple. Keep it challanging. Just keep it comming! And enjoy the results.

Bravo, again, John. Hence, once again, the quotes in my sig are validated, and shall remain.

so many wonderful replies in this thread, wish I could say something to everyone....
some that stand out in my mind:

DB , I often wonder myself if they are doing more talking and asking, than doing.....
and, to Quality Guy: I LOVE your signature quote!

a note to DNG: you are correct about the diet, would never want to underestimate that......
and a note to VL: first thing I will do if I ever meet you is give you a great big hug, THEN, I will shake your hand! LOL....
talk about time standing still: I posted that last night at about 11:30 or whatever, and now, I am back home from work again ( SAT is a half day for me), and ready to work out all over again!
as if everything in between didn't happen...LOL.......

Dang........ now I'm glad I never wear lifting gloves...... I'd hate to finally meet VL in person and have her turn her nose up at my velvety hands...... trust me these mits are anything but silky. LOL
You're right VL, you gotta love the science
Reps to you John

Excellent post John!!
Couldn't agree more, too many people complicate what seems to come easy to some, not in terms of working out, but how to workout and diet.
Just do it!
Props!

Hey, you should think about marketing that quote... maybe for an athletic apparel and footwear company or something like that... just a thought...

I was thinking about this post at the gym today.
How many people did I see standing around talking? a whole lot
How many people did I see half-assing it? a good deal
How many people completely draining themselves? very few
