Sorry if this question should be asked somewhere else but I wasn't sure where it should go. I just bought Orange Triad and REDuction. My plan was to take the 2 AM and 3 Triad pills right after breakfast. Then have the other 3 Triad after dinner and the 2 PM shortly before bed. My question is, is it alright to take all 5 of those pills together in the morning? Or should I try to spread it out a little bit?

That's fine, but if you have a sensitive stomach take the 5 morning tabs with a rice cake or granola bar.

Not sure if the samples are still being done. But I did just send an email out. I would love ANY suggestions with supplements. Im sort of at a plateau right now dont seem to be making any progress with weight loss although I am seeing some changes in the muscles.

Cycling stimulants every month or so should be fine (better than corporate america = runs on caffeine  )

Controlled Labs: 100% Honesty on White Flood Tabs.
Took the pack, 20 minutes pre-workout.
No stim supps taken for quite awhile.
Got in the gym, was expecting the hype i have heard about white flood.
Noticed a very minuscule amount of clean energy, possibly placebo, and nothing else. I am guessing the powder is better than the tabs?
Final Thought: Not Impressed
I dont know if this was the type of review you were looking for, I was hoping I could give some real positive feedback, however I would rate this 2/10.

alrighty, well it was more like 30 minutes because i had to drive to the gym, get a locker, etc.
I have kept in mind that everyone responds differently to stims, etc.
I am in no way discounting this product as a great pre-workout.
Thanks for the samples and letting me try this out CL.

hey hopefully youre still giving out samples.. i followed the 4 steps and sent an email. =)
im a huge fan of PW and GM. im getting paid and wanna stock up on some new CL supps.. definately would love to try REDuction and white flood. will review them once tried.. i already gave positive reviews for the two ive tried so far. cheers! tnx
