Thanks again for your encouragement. For today's workout, I did Back & Chest. I am so use to doing either back or chest, never both during the same workout. And you know, it wasn't half bad...so I'm excited about how my future workouts will be switched around.
I started the A.T.S workout plan last week Friday...but I'm going to start my online log with today's workout.
Back/Chest - set/rep/weight
BB(barbell) Bent Over Row - 1/10/50, 1/8/70; Bench Press - 1/10/85, 1/8/85
Lap Pulldown - 2/8/80; Incline DB(dumbbell) Press - 1/10/30, 1/10/35
Seated cable Row - 2/8/60; DB Flies - 1/10/8, 1/8/12
I could not resist, since I enjoy doing pull-ups, so I also did a few at the end.
My eating is going okay. My mass diet allows me to have 2000 calories. Still not the best at portioning out my meals and I don't always get all six meals in...but I'm working on it.
