This is what I have been saying all along for this entire thread if you choose to follow a 3 day split . But a 3 day split is not optimal at all you should at least split it into 4 days bottom line ...

Depends on the week I have an A rotation and a B rotation . It's not so much the movements but it's the protocol of the working set that allows me to absolutely blast my chest with 3 different movements and only 1 working set of each of those but for an example of a chest routine ..
Incline Smith BB
Flat Hammer Press
Incline Db Fly

Hey guys, I got at ya before about stretch marking, and what I should do. Yall recommended Vitamin E and Cocoa Butter, so I have started using both, which are working nicely on my glutes and inner thighs, to getting rid of the beginning of some nasty.
However, my upper body is getting much closer to being toned than before, and I am getting worse and worse ones in my armpits. I know that they are hereditary, but I really need to slow these down. It's getting bad, and I need to get rid of the purple there.
I feel like it's so embarassing to have those, these ugly purple markings in your skin. Almost worth getting my entire armpit tattooed. Will a tan really help these very much?

The tan will help keep it tighter and the vitamin E+Cocoa Butter stack will assist in rejuvenating the colagen that's been damaged
I feel you bro... I'm getting the same there and my forearms are ripping apart by the day

No , your body doesn't say oh it's 7pm if I take in carbs im going to store it as fat !! It's all depending on your schedule and how your nutrition plan is set up ..

Tanning helps without a doubt bro .. If you're in bodybuilding and you're packing on alot of mass in a short amount of time trust me there's no stopping them from coming there's only treating it to not be so bad but it's all a part of it dude .. Get a nice tan color and it will be less noticable

I know we're supposed to eat greens but are tomatos ok? I need something to mix when I have my lean red meats and my rice tomato paste is no good because of the sodium right? But would fresh be ok?

ok quick question, you know they say that working your legs makes you release hormones etc. and you gain more size and muscle..so my question is, is it better to work your back or chest with your legs on the same day so you get the best effect of the hormones or do legs one day and then come back the next day and do your back or chest...cause of the whole "hormones" thing. when is most beneficial? get my question?
thanks

You answer the question= how much hormones would be released vs the amount of intensity you can brng to the table when training ANYTHING with legs? Is it REALLY worth the sacrifice to bench press or Deadlift on the same day you Squat, Lunge and Leg Press? You tell me

Fresh is fine bro! I wouldn't reccomend doing so but lately I have found that a little bit of variety can ultimately help you eat a bit more or eat faster

I wish I could help out bro. TRUST ME it's HARD to have a company even THINK of looking at you!! I did well at Nationals and it took 7 months of persistance to acheive a YES
Aj tried to hook me up with MuscleTech and the Corporate Sponsor laughed at me when we talked so it's not as simple as "Hi can I get sponsored?" Ya dig?
Best advice I can give is TRAIN HARD. WIN EASY. GET NOTICED.

ASSUMING your nutrition, training, resting, sleeping, hydration and pscychological factors are stable and in their optimal condition; I would say you'll do fine with Mono. Creatine Mono that is, the other one I'm kinda iffy about that. haha
