I just joined this summer.
I am a 6'0 300 former strongman/powerlifter.
Currently I am training for toughman and mma.
I plan to drop down to 205 and fight at light heavy weight.
The only way for me to do this is to shed some serious muscle since I only have about 30lb. of body fat to loose.
Some people think I am crazy but I have wanted to fight for a while now and figure if I am going to do it I might as well do it right.
I want to be in better shape,be quicker,have more r.o.m. flexibility agility ect.
