In Limbo :(
Hey guys, I have an issue.
I've been cutting for quite some time now (about 5 months). I've lost 30 lbs of fat, and i have about another 15 or so lbs to go. The thing is, I haven't lost a lb of body fat in over 2 months. I've changed my cardio (from 45 mins of low intensity to 30 mins of HIIT), I've changed up my resistance routine ( from a 4 day split to a 3 day full body split), and I've changed my diet (cut out carbs to about 40 grams a day, increased my fat intake (from solid sources like fish, olive oil and flax seeds) and increased my protein intake from 1 gram per lb of body weight to 1.5 grams.
What do i do? i'm truly stumped.

Dunno. I'm in the same boat. Most people just say to keep doing what you're doing. It'll eventually start coming back off.
What I like to do is switch up my routine to jolt my system. You could try doing that.

Provided you are tracking everything dilligently (and it sounds like you are) just keep at it for a bit -- I've plateau'd for over two months before. Your body owes you, it'll catch up. If still no results the first thing I'd do would be to up cardio intensity, and then up caloric intake a bit if that doesn't work after a few weeks.

During my entire cut, i've had 1 cheat meal a week. And i'd drink at least one night a week.. but the last month, i've had no cheat meals and i've stopped drinking all together.

Like snaman said your body might just need a break from working out to recover, not just cheat meals but letting your body heal itself. You could try to take a week or two off but it requires you to really watch your diet so you don't put weight back on. I find that people either try and shock their system during a plateau or they take a break and let their body recoup then go back at it.

I would love to hear the advice you get cause I am in the same situation. I have hit a plateau myself and i am eating the best ever. This is sooo annoying.

i'm more or less in the same boat...I was stuck at ~205 for 3 months until I tried a CKD plan for a month...dropped 10 real lbs and have gone back to a below maintenance cut with high complex carbs/high protein/minimal fats for a month then will do another CKD plan for a month. Going to try this cycle at least two times...if I see minimal results, I may dabble into an EC stack :O I also switch between a hypertrophy(5x15) routine during high carb cutting and then a 5x5 routine during keto. I'll do 5-6 days cardio...1-2 of those days being 20 min HIIT, all the rest 60 min LISS. My lifting routine is 2 day full body depletion, rest, 3 day(leg/chest/back) split, rest, repeat...week. I'm also cycling supplements too...I'll go off creatine/NO during keto and back on both during high carb cut...but I'll go off caffeine/yohimbe during high carb and supplement caffeine/thermo fat burner during keto. Never let your body know whats coming next and results should come.

I have tried 3x to drop below the 200lb mark this will be my 4th time to give it ago. As of now Im 200.4lb so so close arrrrrrrrrrrrr. Anyway I think this time I'll get past that mark.
If I where you I would take a week of or hit cardio so fing hard youwant to cry. Ihave you tried just dropping the weights for a week. This can help, give you more time for cardio.

- 1g protein / lb lean body mass is enough IMO.
- do you have fruit, veggies/salad in your diet?
You seem to do everthing else right. Now you just need to reduce calories more until you start losing weight again.

around 40 grams of carbs isn`t low enough to get into ketosis, i`d shoot for 20 a day.
