3rd day of taking black powder and i had some amazing pumps today. I felt like my muscle was going to tear through my skin. I lifted for two hours straight and felt like i could go another two. I havent had ANY stomach problems, no ****ting, no headaches, no side-effects at all. Ive never taken any other NO products so i dont have anything to compare it to, but black powder is good for me.

I just tried the White Flood sample packet from BB.com before my current shoulders/arm workout. The sample was of the tablets not the powder but I gave it a shot along with the sample packet of purple wrath and green MAGnitude.

My workout consisted of the following exercises. Everything was 3x10.

Shoulders:
Military Press
Side Raises
Front Raises
Upright Rows
Shrugs

Arms (supersets of everything Bi/Tri):
EzBar Curls/Skull Crushers for 3 sets
Cross Body Hammer Curls/Close Grip Bench Press for 3 sets
Alternating DB Curls/Overhead DB tricep extension for 3 sets

Forearms. 3 giant supersets
Wrist Roller (1 up, 1 down= 1 set)/DB wrist Curls/Behind the Back BB wrist Curls for 3 sets.

Abs consisted of 3x30 weighted sit-ups, (10 pound plate), 3x50 twists with 25 plate, and 1x20 for each side oblique crunches with 20 DB.


Overall Rating for White Flood:
Focus 9/10: amazing focus, only thing that had me distracted was changing the music while i was lifting, nothing serious enough to effect my lifting, but i went over my rest time once or twice cause i couldn't find the song =/
Strength 8/10: It would have been more but i just got off of being sick/not eating a whole lot and lost 9 pounds in the process, my strength was above average for what i thought it would be with the current circumstances.
Endurance 10/10: did not tire out at all for the whole work out. fatigue didn't set it and if it did, i didn't realize it thats for sure. of course i got sore, but not to the point where it hindered my next set.
Pump 10/10: pump was incredible, of course who doesn't get a pump when doing bi's and tri's together lol.
Vascularity 9/10: i saw veins i did not even know i had. My triceps were very vascular, something i have been striving for, for a long time, and never really noticed except for a little while when i was on NO-Xplode.

Would I use this product again. You bet your ass I would. I fully intend on buying a tub of White Flood as soon as my current pre-workout mix runs out. Which won't be for a while seeing as I just bought a tub of NaNO Vapor to try out (my first muscletech product, please don't hate me i got a good deal and was curious lol). Controlled labs products have been very pleasing so far. I will be using them in the future.

I've tried Animal Pump, Shock Therapy, and Cold Fusion EX.

Here's what I think:

Animal Pump: Good, smooth energy. I feel very focused, but not cracked out while on this supplement. Maybe its just me, but this product makes me straight up angry before I go to the gym. One of my favorite things about AP is the pump. My arms get so swollen on this product. I also like the convenience of the pill form AP comes in. 10/10

Shock Therapy: Very similar to Animal Pump. Focused, but a little cracked out. The taste of the product could be better. If you order, the Fruit Punch is way better than the Grape. The pumps are still good, but not as good as Animal Pump. 8/10

Cold Fusion EX: Basically the closest thing to crack cocaine I've ever used. Gave me the ****s, made my head hurt, made my skin all prickly (horrible feeling), gave me a HUGE burst of energy but it quickly fades. Out of the three I've used, this is the WORST tasting product. I could barely get it down. It also stung my lips when i drank it. As far as the pump goes, it was good and lasted a while after my workout, but it was nothing special. 5/10

I've done Superpump, NO Xplode, but the best are those ready-to-drink bottles of Worldwide Nutrition "Extreme NOS". They are absolutely the best. My veins blow up, pump stays longer, and they taste great.

I really like white flood. Gives me a lot of energy. I got some great results using the green mag white flood & pruple wrath stack. would definetly take it again. mix it with some gatorade, it tastes better

I've been using White Flood for quite some time. I initially liked it very much. Gave me a ton of energy and some decent pumps. I was very focused as well. So, needless to say I was very happy with the product. I took a couple months off the Flood, came back to find it solid and brown, much like it was said to do. So, being a little upset, I tried another product, naNOx9 from Muscletech. I much say, I am very impressed by this product thus far. Have only been using it for about a week now but the pumps are just awesome, focus is there and energy is as well. I really like the pill format a little better then the powder as I can take them while drinking my creatine at the same time.

To answer your question about a pump, it is that feeling you get when you have a good workout when your arms or whatever you worked out that day are swollen and tight from increased blood flow to your muscles.

Most pre-workout supplements have some mixture of creatine and NO. Why not go for both? A supplement that focuses more on the NO would most likely provide better pumps, while a creatine supplement is more for muscular fullness/endurance. I would highly recommend Animal Pump because it contains both. It has a 30 day supply I believe and is like $30 dollars on bb.com. Cost effective, clean energy, amazing pumps, good muscular growth. I bet you'll like it. I've also heard a lot of good things about White Flood. I'm almost out of Animal Pump, so I think that will be my next purchase. Hope this helped.

I have been using BSN "Nitrix" regularly for about 2 years and have been very pleased with the results. I initially chose this particular product because the manufacturer didn't make extravagant claims and the price was reasonable, though not the cheapest (you usually get what you pay for).

I follow label directions - 3 tabs, 3X/day, 30 minutes before meals on non-workout days. On workout days, I take 3 of the tabs about 30 minutes before my workout and find I have more energy and endurance than without using the product. I've also found that my overall circulation seems to have improved since using BSN Nitrix.

I have tried NO Xplode and it gave me a ton of energy...even when I was tired and worn out...it woke me up and really got me going, but it didn't really do anything for me in the pump department. Also it's kinda aggravating to have to mix it up and drink it down a little while before a workout. Especially since I usually go right after work. It's much easier to just pop a few pills and be done with it. After using this Nitrix. I may switch to another product. Depending on how well this one works for me.

my first NO was pumptech the super old one and i loved it id never felt anything like blood-pumped my freakin forearms are about to ****ing explode pumps before. I stick to superpump now just because of the different tastes like lemonade n stuff.. i found that if you take 1 1/2 scoops it does the job VERY well!! Dasss my opinion anyway

I have been taking arnge krush for about 8 months now and I love it!!! Istarted to use shock therapy with it an it was just fukin amazing. I stack both of them wit kre alkalyne pills an beta alanine pills. It is just amazing. People at school even call me steriods it's awsome. I seen alot of people saying no explode is fukin amazing...it sux balls all it is is a 40 dollor energy drink.

Yes, this is my 2nd post. No, I am not new to bodybuilding and am not new to this website. Take it or leave it.

I have tried the following (and rank as follow):

White Flood
Superpump 250
NANO Vapor
NO Xplode


I thought that NO Xplode was a complete waste of money. White Flood gives me so much pump and focus to the point where I never want to move on to the next exercise. I've been using WF on and off (mostly on) for about 4 months and have felt no 'immunity' to this supplement.

Superpump was great as well. I was using that for a few months, but started to feel immune to the effects. However, Superpump really assisted me in reaching my goals back during that time.

NANO Vapor was okay. I had good pumps, but was struggling at the toilet.

And, as I said earlier, NO Xplode was a waste of money for me, and I would never recommend this product.

I've used 1 1/2 tubs of superpump and I really like it. Gives you energy, better pumps, and recovery. But the reason I like it the most is the increased endurance. I'm always the last person to want to leave the gym when I go with a friend. I go to the gym 4 days a week. Without it, I'd honestly be hard pressed to go twice a week. Increased my max bench from 185 to 220 and my dips from 15-12-10 to 28-23-20, among other increases.

I've thought about White Flood because the reviews are fantastic, but I really don't want to risk spending like 40 dollars on it and then it not working for me. I'm in college so I don't really have that kind of $. I can't find any free samples of it online. I don't buy stacks, so individually the SP is actually cheaper, from what I've seen.

I've used several NO products...

Xyience NCG3: Used this when I very first started working out. Don't really remember any pros or cons to it. It tasted great and didn't make me crap though!

Super Pump 250: After doing some research here on BB.com, I decided to give SP250 a try. It tasted horrible and gave me violent bad guts upon returning from the gym. The strength/endurance/pump was noticable, but nothing out of this world. Never buy again.

NOXplode: Tastes pretty good, but also gave me horrendous guts during my workout. I couldn't tell you about any effects because I was too worried about soiling myself while lifting. Never buy again.

White Flood (powder): I'm currently using WF (stacked with Green Bulge) preWO. The taste is OK, and I like the tingling in my face that happens about 30 minutes after consumption. I don't really notice any increased endurance/energy/pump while at the gym, but I do sweat profusely...must be something working. I really like Controlled Labs stuff, but I must admit, even with the WF I'm not feeling a huge impact while I'm at the gym. If anything, it leaves me feeling a bit jittery.

So here I am, wondering what to try next. After I finish this tub of WF, I'm going to cycle off NO stuff for 2-3 weeks. My thoughts as to what to try next are as follows.

White Blood (tablets): I think Controlled Labs has some very solid products. I don't really like the taste of the WF, so I figured I'd give a tablet version a try and see what happens. Plus, after reading the description, it seems as if the WB tablets are a bit of an improved version of WF. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

NO Shotgun: VPX offers a stimulant free version of this product, which I think would be easier on my stomach. I asked a few people and they said the bad guts with PreWO stuff can be due to the high levels of caffeine.

NaNO X9 hardcore or MyoShock HSP: I realize there are many people here with varying opinions on MuscleTech products. The only reason I even know this stuff exists is because my room mate received a free sample with a recent order from BB.com. He said he took them on arms day and the pump was unlike anything he's ever experienced. He could barely move his arms past a 90* angle after his workout. Any opinions would be great. Don't just say, MuscleTech sucks...just because.

i have always just taken whey protein as far as supplements and workouts were pretty intense......about a month ago i was introduced to this website and have learned so much about everything, because i didnt know jack**** lol
So i started taking Super Pump a month ago and from the first workout my 1-hour workout turned to 2 1/2.....leaving the gym i still felt good not tired like i have always been.....reps and sets went up!

p.s. i have taken everything i have learned her on bb.com and am currently applying it for the last month and i have seen results i have not ever seen before

I love white flood tablets. took a while to get adapted to how many to take and I really love it. I also use green mag pre-workout and can tell a difference if I don't.

my question is how long can I take this safely? month on, two weeks off, or just keep going with it?

I'm just getting over a kidney stone so for the last 5 days all I did was lay on my right side and chew percacets and flowmax and chug cranberry juice and water. not too much fun
went back to workout today and took WF and GM and haven't missed a beat in the gym. great stuff.
