This bar does indeed taste like candy and has a rich chocolate feel. It is like dark chocolate overloading your taste buds. It is not better than the other Lift Bar which is peanut butter crunch in my opinion. It fills you up and can get pretty addicting. People may worry that it contains soy as one of the first ingredients, but I'm cool with that. I would use this as a snack between meals and nothing more than that.
If you need a pick-up, try a Lift Bar.

My biceps workout went great. I took the product 30 minutes before my workout and within 15 minutes the Beta Alanine was tingling from my head to chest. It felt great to tingle and it was in anticipation of my workout. The pump was great, but it was not a next-level pump like products I took in the past or product that I run for longer than a sample. The product does have great potential in my opinion. The taste is truly amazing. I mixed it with 6 oz which translated into a tangy, sour mix of lemonade greatness. Overall, this is a solid formula and would certainly be a change of pace for a product that does not include caffeine. This product along with my body's placebo effect made today's workout a great success as I pumped out two more reps than normal. It is my first Neogenix product taken and I look forward to taking Cryoshock tomorrow during my back workout.

I mixed it in 7 ounces of water and it mixed easily. The taste is interesting and hard to describe. It is tangy and and you can taste the tropical. The flavor is hard to describe kind of like how Golden Finish is when you first taste it. Two different taste, but hard to decipher.

My Take
I did biceps and got a pretty good workout. I did not feel any tingling at all which is not normal. No matter if I am taking B.A. I still feel it. The pump was pretty good, but not out of this world. I mean it is a sample, so you can't expect too much. The thing I am wondering is whether I will be very sore tomorrow because of the Arachidionic Acid. I did sweat more than usual though which is something stated in the write-up. Too early to tell whether it is a home run or not or a sample which everybody should understand. I will update more on whether I got sore or not tomorrow.

I appreciate that King. Now, I am cutting back weight so the focus will be on cuts and vascularity instead of size or mass. If my strength can also increase while I lose some extra fat, that would be an added plus.

My Take
I put two servings in about 10 oz of milk because this stuff is thick and is full of stuff that many people have clue what it is. Muscletech has in this product creatine, glutamine,taurine, leucine, and a bunch of other goodies. Whether you want all this stuff in a protein product is up for debate. The taste was pretty good. Nitro-tech Hardcore Triple Chocolate Milkshake is a winner in my book, but I don't really want creatine in my protein powder.
