12 or 16 weeks?
i'm just curious to see who is shooting for just a 12 week transformation and who is going to take it all the way to the deadline, 16 or 17 weeks?
personally, i'm making a lifestyle change so i'm going full throttle until the deadline.

yeah it is very impressive, but don't get discouraged. This contest is the biggest transformation, the best before pics in my op. is to be out of shape and pudgy, then be nice and solid, and very lean in the end. The person that drops say 40 pds. and leans out has the best chance. It doesn't matter how big you are or how much you can lift. So eat, eat and eat. Obviously not taking anything away from kevin! Good job!

I will be doing it up until the deadline. I want to be as ripped and as big as possible.

Definitely taking it all the way to the end, planning on coming home from school the weekend before the 7th to snap the after photos. To win this contest I think you really have to devote your time to the full 16 weeks because as you can see there's some real good competition already in this thing.

Is it about the biggest transformation or is it about the biggest quality transformation?...don't get it mistaken that just cause I'm not out of shape and pudgy that my change won't be drastic compare to everyone else...it's a combination of many variables to win this competition...I will be bringing my best to the table. You say lean out, I'm not going for lean...I'm going for shredded, dwne to about 2 to 3% bodyfat. Nobody has talked about how much I can lift, the only person that has said anything about it, is you...just for all to know, my choice of diet will be the ketosis diet...google and you'll know what it is...

Don't be fooled, if he gets diced, Muscletech will probably pick him. Its going to be the best look at the end no matter of Before picks, as long as there is a noticable difference IMO

Hey, no problem, that's what we're here for. Glad to hear you liked MyoShock - it sounds like you had one crazy training session! If anyone else has any questions on any of the new Team MuscleTech supplements, feel free to ask any one of the reps on here, we'd be happy to help out. Until then, stay focused everyone and good luck!

Anyone that still hasn't order supplement from MuscleTech try the Anabolic Halo, NaNox9, and Luekic Hardcore stack, it's good stuff. I have already lost 12 pounds and my bench has gone up at the same time.

Phaymus, do you want to field this one?
..ok, i'll do it
this has been answered at least a dozen time, but, to save you the search through the thread, i'll explain once more.
start a photobucket.com account, upload your pictures into that and it will give you the code to post in a forum. its the code that starts with [IMG]

Help a girl out :)
Two questions (Now Curt, I believe these are NOT in the official rules..so no jokes )
1. If I purchase all my initial supplements before 2/12, can the replenished supplements be purchased AFTER 2/12 or do I need to buy a 4 months' supply now?
2. I purchased Hydroxycut Hardcore and I am going to place an order for Nitro-Tech. Does anyone have any recommendations on other MT products that would benefit a "girl"?
I am ordering my bathing suit for my pictures and a video camera for my blogs. Hopefully I will have everything in and my pics up this weekend!

Crap! I missed my chance.
My before pics were taken with a polaroid. Any clue how to get them uploaded? I held them to my computer screen but nothing happened?!

Hey Peanut. Looking at the rules (I was thinking the same), you only have to purchase one product for the contest before 2/12 so I don't think it matters when or if you even purchase more once you've order the initial item.
As far as whether some supps are better for girls, I'm not sure but I'm liking the Vapor/Halo stack. I can feel it in my workouts and it tastes pretty good.

Just thought I give a couple of impressions about NirtoTech. The double chocolate milkshake powder and Cheesecake bar taste very chemically, they forgot a pinch of mothers love.
The Chocolate Crisp bar was great, and has helped me not not be as afraid of the rest of my varity pack. Cell-Tech lemon lime is great. Anyone pick a powder they thought was good tasting?
Next week I'll start my cut I can't wait to uncover some muscle! What kind of cardio is everyone doing?

The IMG code will contain everything you'll need to post the pics. You might play around with them so that they will line up like you want. If you hit the enter button after the code, it will make the pic start on a new line. If you don't, they will span across the screen.
Good luck!
