When I took it, there was a lot of liability questions, and special pops questions.
Read up on it. The rest is generally common sense and if you have any background in Anat/Phys, Nutrition, or common Health classes you should do fine. Just study the specifics.
I was able to pass mine pretty easily after about a 2 week review of the minimal resources they had. The practice test is pretty good help as well. Make sure you take that, and research why you miss certain answers should you miss them.
