Protein

If I am taking protein between meals (in between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner) what protein is best to use? whey or Isolate whey? and what product should i buy? Optimum?

Best time use protein is then you wake up in morning, about 1 hoer until workout or after workout.
You self must to decide what protein you prefer use.
I recommend simply and effective whey.

I think whey protein is a good option. With one to take is up to you, find one with good flavor, low calories and carbs. The Elite from Muscle tech is a good one.

not a big fan of elite... maybe it was the flavor. I just want a recommendation for a shake to have between meals... i already take a shake after working out (syntax nectar) and superpump before lifting.
