cali trip fat loss log...
ok i 've been dieting since nov. 1st, and went from 235lbs. down to 205lbs. by december 20th took a break from dieting for the holidays, now i'm between 208lbs-212lbs depending on when i weigh myself. starting monday i'm starting dieting hard and strict, my goal is 180lbs. by march 9th, and abbs majorly showing by may 12th when i'm going to be in cali for vacation. I'll be keeping a log of my progress on here to help keep me deicated. any advice will be appreciated.
foods- tuna, chicken breast, asparagus, green beans, rice, egg whites, peanut butter, lettuce salads, protein shakes
my diet: weeks 1-6
daily-1800 calories goal for end of week 6= 193 lbs

1300mg. sodium
50g. carbs
219g. protein
weeks 7-10 goal for end of week 10= 185lbs
1400 calories

1300mg. sodium

weeks 11-12 goal for end of week 12= 180lbs
1200 calories
20g. fat
1000mg. sodium
25g. carbs
219g. protein
wanting to be around 8-10% bf by march 9th and 6% or lower by my trip to cali in may. i'll be upping my cardio by 10 minutes every week starting week 7 and only doing 20 minutes of cardio 3x/week for the first 6 weeks.
i'll be posting pics monday and then again after six weeks along with measurements, and again after week 10 and week 12.
