Weights + Cardio
Just wondering since I'm cutting is it ok to basically do HIT cardio 6 times a week and weight lift 3 times a week? basically do cardio & weight training together three times and the rest cardio always HIT. Does this sound intense meaning I guess i would have to increase by 100 cals if it is too much for the poor body :P

Sounds like too much to me. HIIT is very intense, I'm suprized you are are physically able to do it that much.
I'd suggest you do HIIT on non-lifting days, and normal cardio on gym days.

The AHA / NIH recommends HIIT only 3 times per week maximum, due to the CV strain. If a person does HIIT on the same days as weight lifting, they will lose muscle mass. What you should do is weight lifting 4 times / week with 15-20 minutes of 65% Max HR SS cardio afterwards, and HIIT the other two days (no lifting).

Many people would be whipped after that much cardio. The number that I keep hearing recommended is 3 days of HIIT and 3-4 days of lower/moderate intensity cardio - of course assuming you are still lifting.

I do cardio and weights 6 days a week. HIT on three of the days. Do it early on a empty stomach/whey shake for best results.
