Hydroxycut Help, Please.

In a nutshell, I don't know much about supplements and stuff, but I'm learning, slowly. I heard about hydroxycut... so I went and bought Hydoxycut weight-loss formula caffeine free. I didn't want the wicked strong stuff, because I figured I'd probably bounce off the walls and never sleep! Has anyone ever used it or any hydroxycut products? What are the goods and bads about this product?? I haven't started taken yet...

ive used the hardcore, sh*t was amazing. It did give me quite a buzz though, even towards the end of the cycle when you would expect the tolerance to be pretty high. With this product caffeine probably accounts for about 80% of its effectiveness, so I don't know how well the non-caffeine formula would work. I have had good experiences with all muscletech products though.

Next time, you should probably ask before buying. Don't let some GNC employee, who gets commission off of your sale, coerce you into buying anything before you know what it is first. The fact that it is a top selling fat burner on bodybuilding.com is also misleading. Most people who buy it are victims of muscle tech's flashy ads, and sly marketing. Most buyers from bb.com do not come on the forums, nor do they have any idea what they are doing.

I have use Hydroxycut Hardcore on a few different occassions.Stuff really works. I never exceeded 4 doses a day though.
PROS:
Increased Strength
Builds Muscle
Definately rips you up
Tons of energy
CONS:
Shakes
Excess Sweating
Hyperactivity
Trouble sleeping

It seems that as soon as you get used to a dose, your body can take it and then your dose goes up and everything starts all over again. I highly recommend it though. I lost about 20lbs first time on it. Take one maybe two bottles and then take a month off......Just my thoughts. Good Luck

I have been using hydroxy cut since dec. 12, and I have gained lots of muscle. As of yesterday I did switch to Hydroxycut Max which is special for women...in all honesty it just has different stimulants in it. If you're sensitive to caffeine then I suggest you try something that is not a stimulant:-) Good Luck!

You did not gain muscle from taking hydroxycut. You probably lost 20lbs because you had a lot to lose.

What are you talking about, im a bodybuilding.com customer
and i come on the forums and i also know what im doing.

How can you say that when you don't know the hundred's of people that
come on here and how can you ****en assume hundred's of people don't
what they are doing?

I come here to get information and to research and contribute to what works
and what dosn't so dont ****en speak for me or any one on the issue of not
knowing or knowing something, look at your ****en picture to the left
do you look like you know anything?

If you are gonna come on here and basicly slap the people that have contributed to the
forums on a daily basis or at all in the face i suggest you get the **** off the forums you
dont even look like you work out at all.

Prima my interpretation of the post you are so angry about is that the people that buy this product don't look at the forums and that is why they make poor decisions.

My husband takes all of the BSN products and loves them. I have 2 children but put on a little weight with my last child. It was only like 10 pounds but to me its 10 pounds too much. Went from 112 pre baby to 122 post baby. My husband told me about hydroxycut max and so i'm trying it now. today is day one. i took it and my belly was cramping but you have to remember i've never had to take diet stuff until now. but other than that i'm fine. once i eat and stuff you should feel better but so far so good

c'mon man, he didnt single you out, he was just saying there are a lot of customers that only buy here, not register on the forumns... dont take it so personally, i was almost one of those people, then decided to join the forumn to do some research

drink lots and lots (1 gallon) of water every day because otherwise ur body will get dehydrated and yu will keep getting cramps n such
