Hey everyone!
I just wanted to thank you all for your support and votes. I am fine, I just felt overtrained and I have been feeling a little sick lately and it has effected my workouts.
I just didn't feel that this was the right time to do it because I couldn't give it my 100% effort as I usually do.
I just turned 22, so I'll be in the sport for a while. And I had my first workout today since taking some time off and I feel a little better.
