I see many of us have questions my advice is read the rules throughly! Seems from doing both contest the MT contest the guys have it down since this is the 2nd year of the MT transformation contest. Make sure you follow the rules for the pics because I hear they are pretty strike about the little details, such as newspapers and lighting and what you're wearing. I haven't posted my pics on the thread yet because it says after pics and essay. But everyone read it. And remember only ladies on this one and make sure you get the right product and register! I have never done any of these contest but am looking forward to it as well. Good luck to all!

Off the Wagon...
My first couple of weeks on the product were great. I felt tons of energy and I was reallly workin' the gym. The last couple of weeks however have been pure hell. The first of those two weeks I was very..very sick. High temp., weak, and slept all day every day and then HAD to go work NOC shift at work for 4 5 days straight. Yuck! The last of the two weeks I've been swamped with finals for nursing school, ACTUALLY being a mom (I miss out on a lot
=o(when being so far away from my daughter for school) and having to adapt to a less stressful, nonchalant type of lifestyle while I'm on break for school. (I think I do better under stress and huge time restrictions and constant go, go, go.). Needless to say through all of that, I stopped the product at the end of last week and even sadder to say I actually gained 3lbs. Tomorrow (Sunday Jan.11th) I'm going to try back and see how things go. I'm hella discouraged right now because the above story seems to sum up what occurs EVERY time I try getting my weight in check, and strive to make a change in my life for the better. Nonetheless, I'm WAY proud of the ladies who are excelling and doing FABULOUSLY ;o) and I can't wait to see the progress of everyone in April.

Does anyone know how to activate their bodyspace page? Mine keeps coming up inactive. I want to make sure it is active before posting my pictures.

I am thoroughly confused now. I don't know what qualifies as a national newspaper. I did one from my city. Is that good? Or will I have to start over and get something else? Uggh, help!

im not crazy about cottage cheese, but i use it like sour cream. i put it in potatoes or like a mayo if you blend it up. i havent tried this, but i wonder how it would be if you blended it up and use it mixed into tuna instead mayo??

I always mix my cottage cheese with pineapple tidbits from dole. I love the taste of pineapple and it seems to balance out the cottage cheese taste. Also make sure you buy small curd instead of large I found out the hard way that small curd is much easier to eat than the large curd.

I'm 1 week in... Off to a slow start with finals & a family death, but still getting on track. This is a great challenge & gives me that goal date that I needed. So game on, let's do this!
Before photos:

Everyone needs a starting point... I'm going to take another photo soon with a national newspaper so that I'm sure to cover my bases. Seems this is a grey area...

I mix in a little Crystal Lite. Makes it sweet and fruity! And, I agree with the other ladies about PB! Its my weakness!

I Google'd national newspaper to see what came up and it looks like as long as it's a city newspaper it's ok. And of course stuff like USA Today is good. I'm thinking a pretty good rule of thumb would be if you had to pay for it, it's probably good, but if it's just one of those little free-bee newspapers you can pick up in random locations, that's probably not ok.
On a very happy note, I'm down one week and lost 6.4 lbs!

http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/tr...ction=progress
My bf and I are both entered into the contest's. We are hiring a personal trainer as I have not been getting the results I want after eating good and working out for the last 4 months! Our first session with the trainer is today.
Can't wait!

Please Help!
Good thing I keep up with the forum!
Okay, diet going well. I have been using Hydroxycut's Max as
directed.
1. I guess I need to re-take my 'before' pics as well..
need to buy a USA Today paper.. blah.
2. What is the 'progress section' in our bodyspace deals?
3. My 'before' pics now, look way different, as I've made
progress already. Doea anyone know if this matters?
And do I destroy my previous 'before' pics?
