Will be starting an Epistane or Havoc cycle in the next few months:
Just wanted to put my current diet and supplement regimine out here and Get anyones opinions on alterations i should make and or what products to completely go off from during the cycle.

Body Weight : 182
Protein Intake: 228g
Carbohydrates: vary depending on workout: 285-570
 Most recently 145 due to cutting recently
Fiber: 30g
Fat: 48-60g? primarily almonds and peanut butter, some fish oils.
Bcaa- 25-30g

Supplements Currently Using.

Animal Pak
Animal Stak 2
Bsn Nitrix
Bsn Axis Ht
Anabolic xtreme liver support
Optimum nutrition Whey
Optimum nutrition Cassein (pre bedtime)
Higher Power Micronized Creatine
Ephedra while finishing this cutting.. another 2 weeks or so


I am very strict with my nutrition and monitor very closely. Any input on alterations to this pre and while on cycle would be great.

bout to start running the Cycle assist for H-drol, then ten days into it will be starting the H-drol. Does anyone have any thing specific i should be looking out for? i've got all my PCT, cycle support, protein, and no drinking, and everything, just wanted to hear some reviews real quck

hello everyone,
im about to start my 1st cycle . it will be est(methly-e & 19 nor tren . i will cycle this for about 4-weeks . the bottle of methly has 75 caps ,the tren has 90 caps . going to take 3 of each per day for the 4 week/25 days = 75 caps each .should i start the tren 1st solo since i have more then the other stuff or just bump my dose or save for next cycle ? i will be 3 days short of the full 4 weeks @ 3 caps on the methly-e . what pct will do out of these products
6-OXO Extreme or Novedex XT ,11 OXO by Ergopharm , LG Sciences Formadrol Extreme ? i heard the best gains are made from the 1st cycle so , im trying to do it right . also so how should a take these ? three of each @ (7am) 6 total in the morning /(5pm)6 midday.midday being when i workout & (10pm)nighttime/sleepzzzzzzzzzz

im 6'4 and weigh about 240-245 goal is to gain more leaner mass
please help out thx everyone!

H-drol has very little sides. Acne, back pumps, slight increased aggression and maybe a headache is what you'll probably get. A lot of people get sick on their cycles also so I recommend taking 1-2g VitC a day to prevent that. Other than those, using support supps and having a good PCT setup, you should be fine. With your diet in check and hard work you'll see some good gains from it.

im currently on usp labs prime, powerfull, anabolic pump, and pslin. I just got a bottle of epistane by ibe labs and was wondering if i could stack it with any of my usp labs and would novadex be needed since epistane contains estrogen blockers. Appreciate any feed back or comments

Why are you stacking if its your first cycle? Since you are using something as harsh as tren, you should also have a pharma grade serm as the base of your PCT, with either Formestane or PCT Assist supporting the serm.

Go ahead and add in the epistane...it take about two weeks on avg to kick in, and when it does, I'd advise coming off all pump products...the pumps you will get from the steroid plus the pump product will be quite painful. You still need a PCT.

Lean Xtreme or Lean FX...but IMO why even use a cort. control product when its just going to spike when you come off of it.

Im running a Havoc/Trenadrol cycle w/ PCT Reversitol. What else should I add to my PCT?? Besides basic supports (creatine,whey,milk thistle, etc)

I have Nolva on hand if needed but I would rather not use it.

i read somewhere that the best cycle will be your 1st one. some guy on another site said to stack these two for a first cycle would be ok .i guess my weight makes these less affective then if someone lighter took them for a 1st cycle ? i really dont know ,lol you seem to have it down great any advice from you would be great . if a dont need tren with my 1st i can save it for my 2nd cyle which would be great for my wallet! can you tell me what pct will be good with the est methyl-e only , will (est testdrive) be ok to take & the milk thrisle ? my goal is gain leaner soild mass im 245-250 not fat but not all muscle , thanks again bud

I did my first cycle at 245 as well. Who ever told you to start off like that didn't know what he was talking about...

Testdrive is more of a test booster. Add in some reversitol and you'll be set for PCT.

I do however recommend you do more research on the subject before jumping the gun....

I am 250 looking to pack on some more mass. I wanted to do the trifecta stack along with some superdrol and tren extreme. I was planning on spreading this out over 5-6 weeks. Would this be a little much at once? I have tries the LG science products with great success.

Also I'd be very hesitant to run anything along side superdrol as it is VERY potent and very prone to sides as is...

Do your research...first off LG is ****. Second, I strongly advise against using superdrol for 5-6 weeks, 3 weeks at most...and it doesn't need to be stacked. Do you have a serm?

Those two anabolic xtreme products are completely natural and do not require a pct. Why don't you throw some Lean FX in there and do an 8wk UMC!?

Hey man how r the lifts comin? I was thinkin bout that stack u suggested for me earlier (trenadrol + furaguno), i was wondering if you had any suggestions on a less harsh ph that I could take where an otc pct could be used (just finished the pct i ran for havoc/bold stack so i guess a ph other than havoc/epistane/bold), also hopefully something that would be cheaper than trenadrol+furaguno lol
lastly, another friend of mine was looking to do something "all natural" (w/e that means nowadays), basically a non-ph supplement, natural test booster. Any suggestions on something relatively cost effective that I could set him up on?

UMC is Anabolic Xtreme's Ultimate Mass Cycle. How about you stack 3-ad (6cps) and Mass FX (8caps) for 4wks.
