I have a traditional style half sleeve on my right arm, mostly Sailor Jerry inspired (not flash). I have a gargoyle from the Stone Brewing company on right forearm, and a drucken tat on the inside of my right wrist.

Two tribals on my left arm I regret. I have an MC Escher style biomechanical full color piece from knee to my toes on my left leg.

You're right drinking a few beers at the end of the week isn't going to kill you, nor is it a necessity. The only thing positive that comes out of drinking or using drugs is personal enjoyment. Some people don't enjoy doing it, so there is no reason left to do those things. Not every straight edge kid has X tats.

well...my first tattoo is a butterfly on my left hip/lower back area..took 2 hours..second is on my wrist took like 20 mins lol and my side is still in progress and i'm a little over 7 hours in w/about 4 hours left

i dont regret any of them cuz they're all reminders of where i was in life when i got them..cant wait to finish my side and start more!

Haha, he did the exact same thing when he saw the airborne pin on my calve even after the explanation he still had negative **** to say.

reading this thread reminds me just how much ignorance there is still towards tattoos. it seems once you get a tatoo, your a thug or a criminal of some sort. i hope one day human kind can look past this ignorant view, and view the beuty of this art form. i love tattoos and i plan on getting many in my life time. and **** it, if i dont like the way they look when im older, or if they cause implications when apllying for a job. at least i;ll have something to look back on and remind of those days when i got that tatoo. thats why i love em, each and every one of them tells a story, and allows for a whole new level of personification. as for my tattoos, i have an alpha and omega symbol on my left pec, and a dragon on my right pec that wraps down my right arm. soon i will be adding a tool quote above and below my alpha and omega symbol.
