Growth Hormone doses
Hi guys can anyone clarify the situation with gh doses for size and or fat loss,and if its ok for my lady to take for fat loss,

if i remem,ber right women are more sensitive to hgh so maybe 2 iu's a day. hopfully some one could chime in.

As a general rule, woman need more GH than a man to achive similar desired results. Also, women taking orally admistered estrogen require a higher dose than do woman receiving transdermal estrogen or those with endogenous estrogen.
So if 2iu is what you guys want to run for fat loss than a woman would need more.

Would 2-3iu be sufficent then? Also does taking hgh supress normal production of hgh (like test)? Or is your total level raised?

Yes it stops your natty production but it's half life is very short.
2-3 sufficient for what? Our age? MAYBE. over 35 it would be but only for fatloss and other benifits. No muscle gains really.

Gh is very expensive for the results it produces, but if you got the money go for it.. If your girl is even thinking of becoming pregnant any time soon, steer clear of it.

I'm not sure how GH effects women, but if you can afford for her to stay on that stuff long enough for it to do it's thing (6+ months for men) I would just spend that money on a good trainer or nutritionist.

Never read that one. Most common should be to do your shots ED. Some people do 5 on 2 off, but that's to save money, I believe.

There's a ton of info on Google about it, way more than you got from this thread. (I know, I looked into HGH for women a while ago.) HGH has way more benefits than just fatloss.

I like formulas that take into account body weight, it doesn't make sense for a 230lber to be taking the same dose of something as someone at say 180lbs

I generally agree with this statement. That formula would more or less line up with the fat loss aspect, I think. I'm not trying to call anyone out by any means.  That being said, some woman with HUGE amounts of fat probably shouldn't be injecting 6iu of HGH. There are upper limits.

when i use hgh for fat lose i take 4iu every outher day before bed.....i also take clen and t3 or t4 aswell for better results becarfull with t3 tho i can be dangerous if miss used.... some people say t4 is safer but not as good.....tbh if you not going to compeat drop the hgh and just eat clean drop ye carbs down to about a gram per lb of body weight and do some cardio stick with the clen if you want or eca stack or somit

last year before i started me contest diet i was 250Lb and about 18% fat which was a little high but that was without hgh because i couldnt get any because of the olympic games the was a massive shortage in england aparrently a lot of the labs that make it got shut down or somit i dont know the full story......this year ive just started my contest prep at 250lbs and about 12% fat ive been on hgh since oct so i think the results ive had is a combo of muscle building and fat lose.......ive just got some hgh ive never had before and i was told to use 10iu twice a week but havnt tried that yet hope that all made sense m8

Isnt it best to have it every day though, some even have it twice, it wouldnt be a big amount but apperanlty its usefull, i have seen alot of post saying eod, but i alwys thought it had a short half life.

some ppl say every training day some every outher day some say 2iu in the morning and 2iu at night its like clen there are all sorts of differant ways to take it... i think its just about whats best for you.......ive been told once you have injected gh it takes about 48hrs for your levels to drop again hence every outher day.....there is prob someone elses who can advise you better than me i just take the stuff lol....on the long term its good on the short term stick to gear you need to stay on the stuff for at least 3 months check this link out scroll down the page a bit ..... http://www.steroid.com/Human-Growth-Hormone.php at the very bottom of the page theres a bit about dosages

Thats my main issue with forums, its best to hear from guys who are taking it, alot of the time its people quoting other people or websites promoting products. What you have said makes alot of sense and i appreciate your feedback.

Ideally you would want to take 8 i.u per day,4 i.u every 12 hours . But only a few can afford that...

Im in the midlands so the late shows if i did, my Bf is too high at the min though, and im not sure im totally ready, it would be more of a learning curve than anything else, would be going there to win, but wont winge if not. Was thinking of doing the ukbff north east but its early on i think.

i done the ukbff northeast last year its a very good show iam doin the northwest this year tho because its closer to home plus me mrs in having a kid due in the summer so this will be me last for a year or so now so iam just hopin i get me conditioning bang on or i wont get another chance lol good look anyway if you decide to do it..... have a pratice 10 week diet or somit to get the feel if you have never dieted......the ukbff are very good shows but the compatition is very good there are some good competetors.....good look with the growth to let us know how you get on.
