A friend of mine says this board is the laughing joke and there are no real bodybuilders here only internet junkies. Is that true? Based on the posts that I have read, I hate to admit it but it appears to be true.

sometimes I almost suspect that one person is responsible for all of this, and they themselves, or several of their friends, are combining to plague us with all of this nonsense.....
