MuscleTech Max week 1
Workouts going well.
Here is a guilt - free pb. cookie recipe from food network:
1C pb
1 1/3C sugar or splenda (1/3C for fork markings)
1 whole egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix pb and sugar or splenda together. Add egg and vanilla.
350 degrees. Bake for 12 min. Use pam on baking sheet pan.
Makes 18 small cookies or 12 large ones.
I will use this recipe and Newman - O's sandwich cookies
around 8 -10 weeks away.
By - the - way.. what is the 'Hard Body' competition?
Progression pics 1/16/09 from me.
Cardio for week 1 1 hour 15 min. - 1 hour 45 min.

motivation
I just want to inform not to get discouraged so easily, when you get like this just remember to push yourself hard at the gym until it burns, and at some point your body will say "you did good for today now rest and let me burn more fat!" Then, you'll go the rest of the day and night waiting for that next day to come so that you can be in the gym again pumping iron!

Week One Update
Greetings!!!
I hope all is well. Yesterday wrapped up WEEK ONE for me. I lost 6 lbs and 1.8% BF. It?s strange. Some pics. I see the change and some I dont. I?m really looking forward to the next couple of weeks when the changes will really start to be noticeable . . .

Hey Hey Ladies!
How is everyone doing?! Im doing bootcamp at our gym and taking the supplements! Its really kicking my ass! I never thought I was that out of shape. Well with this first week im pretty sad- havent lost a pound!
Im really struggling with eating right! With my job its hard for me to eat an actual meal, its always just little things which is better than nothing huh! So thats the hardest thing that im dealing with! Anyone have some good suggestions?
How is everyone else doing? Workings outs going good and strong i bet! Everyone is looking great and hope your having better luck then i am!!  Have a good weekend ladies! Work hard kick ass!

During the day if I know I wont have time to eat I make hard boiled eggs the night before and snack on the whites during the day.
If anyone is interested i posted a delicious eggwhite scramble recipe in my blog this morning  everyone have a good weekend!!!

I got my hydroxcut in the mail and I started just taking one pill twice a day yesterday to see how it would affect me. It gave me alot of energy. My bf and I will be taking our pics this weekend (not looking forward to that!)and posting them.
Question...I had bad dreams all night long last night. Anyone else experience this while taking the hydroxycut? Also I seemed to "leak"?? Not sure what that is all about! I do have a herniated disc in my back and my back has been
bothering me the last 3 days or so. Anyone have experience with that too?
I am not sure any of that is related but they both coincided with taking the pills.

no worries. u probably gained muscle because of the boot camp class so I would not worry. as for work i too have desk job and i find it hard to eat every couple hours because i can't predict what i will be working on. i write down my food in a journal with the time and just try to do the best i can . . .

First Day @ The Gym
Today was my first day @ the gym & It felt great!! I did 45 min elliptical increasing the intensity. I also did back & chest
Chest press 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15
Pec Flye 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15
Seated row 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15
Dumbbell Rows 25lbsx15, 30lbsx15, 35lbsx15
Abs Machine 50lbsx25x3
I know wimpy but it felt great to me, I felt like Superwoman lol. I can?t wait to go back tomorrow.

hey i noticed that if you drink a good amount of water through out the day it cuts down on puffiness and bloating. I know it helps me.

Hello to all the lovely ladies out there competing. Hope your weekend is going well.
Questions about the after pics and essay. April 30 is the latest you have to write the essay. No more than 250 words. Your experience. After pics are basically what ya did for your before pics (poses). I thought I read about posting essay and after pics on forum?.. but, I'll post mine on my bodyspace and this forum.
Progression pics along the way... they don't seem to be mandatory.. but a good aid for advice and for one's own motivation. Bodyspace blogs and forum seem to be the best way to post them.
Ladies with the desk jobs... Have ya looked into the supplements on bodybuilding.com?
Nature's Best offers a zero carb. 40g of protein drink ' Isopure zero carb.'
MuscleTech offers a Nitro- Tech RTD
7g carbs 45g protein. If ya wanted some carbs.. you could
throw some oats or a carb. powder called waxy maize and give a stir.
Buy a big cup.. haha.
or try the drinks with an apple.
MuscleTech Max isn't a 'MuscleTech supplement.. so I read on this forum.
Nitro-Tech is though.

has anyone posted before pics in the thread? Mine are on my profile page. But for the MT contest everyone is putting them in the thread too. If I can avoid it I'd like to. I won't mind putting some progress ones up but damn some starting points are amazing. Mine isnt bad but self confidence is lacking today. I have been blogging everyday on here about how my use of Hydroxycut Max and MT products are going.
