Dude get out of that mentality......This is 25K here!!!!! You can do this!
If you can't train 3 times a day, then you need to make sure you are doing serious HIIT for your second cardio session for sure! 3 times a day is really just a number, not an amount of time trained.....the third session for me was a small amount of work and just a finishing type of cardio or exercise!
You can do this man....no quitting already....put a picture of a new car on your mirror so you can see what 25K actually buys you....every morning it will motivate you!
PM me if you are having mental blocks already....were only 7 days in man! Get your thoughts together and stop being negative!

I was thinking of putting my before pic on a t-shirt and writting 25K on it. A little embarising but motivating to transform.

Don't think it, do it.
Also put the words "winner" under the 25K (serious).
It could be a really good motivator.

This is a transformation contest....not a bodybuilding contest. A person that goes from way out of shape to looking like you do now, will probably have a better shot to win then you going from ripped to way ripped!
TRANSFORMATION......the key word here!
I will be submitting my before photo's in a couple of days....I just need to finish eating all this wonderful food and drink like......Big Macs, Pizza, Beer and cheese! I am actually having a hard time getting fat again! LOL
Don't worry about me though....I probably can't win anyway! I just want to get super ripped again because it was like the crack! I mean once you work that hard and see the results, it feels amazing!
I should however at least get a shot at runner up....I mean if last years runner up can be this years winner, then why can't I get runner up this year? LOL
This might just be enough to motivate some people on here knowing...that I'm in! This time though I will be sharing my diet and training daily....so that anybody can follow the exact training that I do! I guess I'm giving up my advantage and trying to help you guys kick butt!
I will be starting my diet and training in a couple of days.....and will share every detail with all in the group board! DAILY! Until then, I love me some ribs!
Hope this will help anyone interested in what it really takes!

okay, ima set this Clear....i appreciate the comments a lot, but my before photos are not ripped!!. now i can show you ripped and defined in 12 weeks if thats what you wanna see. i know that this isnt a bodybuilding contest and i dont Care about a Grand Prize!!, or my chances at winning.Money is not the reason im tryna get in my best shape and it shouldnt be a Solid reason for anyone, im just not gonna miss out on an opportunity like this. period. i stated that issue in the first couple of pages because i knew people would state this....Check out my before pics in my profile and see where i came from till now. i entered this contest to gain quality muscle and get out of a plateau. I want muscle, density, and the best overall condition i had in my life....Thats transformation, it can go from big to small, small to big, ripped to freakish,..plus i read in the rules its open to amateur bodybodybuilder.( i have one year experience in this and only done one show, with average genetics.)

Don't worry about what others have to say. We all have our own goals! Go for yours! We all have our own starting points and yours just happens to be where you are... and you have a vision where you want to be. Same as myself.. I know where I am... and I know where I want to be. Win or lose it is the destination that I strive for not the Pot of Gold at the end of the rainbow. Don't get me wrong that would be nice too and that is what I am striving for. But for me to get back my old body that is my grand prize! For you it is to reach a new level and get out of your plateau! I respect and look forward to seeing it!
Like the movie! NO retreat! NO surrender!
Peace,
Tim

Oh no ...don't get me wrong.....you look great already but I'm sure you can look scary great with those kinda genetics! I was just reassuring some of the other folks so they did not drop out thinking there was no way for them to win or place after seeing you.
Everybody has unique goals and that's what makes this so fun. Hope you do awesome in this...in fact I want everyone to accomplish their best!

Not really trying to bulk per se, I want to gain some lean size for first 6-8 weeks before any cutting. I will see how that goes. I am adding in CellTech where I was not taking creatine, and exchanging my normal protein powder for Nitro Tech and Anator as my post w/o. No major changes, a few more carbs, but they are low gi.
LOL. I guess I did set myself up for that.
Thanks for the vote of confidence.
PS- I didn't ask for a wish list.
If you do have a wish list. send it to Curt:

no stars and stripes!
MuscleTech Says "STARS & STRIPES" No Good!
I am a concerned Soldier currently serving in Iraq. I totally understand that MT wants a certain paper, but to deny a deployed Soldier the opportunity to competely absurd! So, I get disqualified because I answer the country's call to deploy to Iraq. How fair is that! I am so dissappointed that I want get a chance to compete. They have military and ex-military personnel sponsoring their products (David and Johnnie). This has definately demotivated me..... I was just really looking forward to bonding with and going head-to-head with each other. Soliders here use MT products all the time...that is our main brand. Soldiers started complaining that we didn't have much and the command got invovled; now we have access to MT products like it is nobody's business. Well, good luck to all of the contestants. I just feelthat an exception could have been made for our men and women of the armed forces that are deployed to other countries. But, I guess there is nothing MT can do.......I am still a supporter and will advise Soldiers to use their products. I just wish that they supported the Soldiers likewise. SSG Thomas, Evacuation NCOIC, Camp Bucca, Iraq.

Wow
I am surprised they wont accept Stars and Stripes its the only paper available in Iraq I know I just left there...but as in the Army there are rules that have to be followed do we always understand them? No i definately dont especially in the Army but we have to follow them right? Good luck with your bodybuilding goals. Stay safe.

progress photos
I'm a little late in posting these up. My computer keyboard had water spilt on it so i haven't been on the computer in a week. I've trained 6 of the first 7 days this week. Already i feel an amazing difference with the diet in everything i already feel thinner. And i also gave up drinking soda so that has made a huge difference as well. I already feel i've made great progress in on one week i'll post 1 month pictures when the time comes for now this is me on day 1 january 1st 2009.

Did you speak to an MT rep about this or are you reading this from a previous post? Curt made a sarcastic remark several pages ago and I would hate for to you have read that and assume that it was real.

Good luck. I'm looking forward to this weekend to be able to sleep in. It's hard working a full time job and doing this. I'm also part time college and have a 3 year old to take care of. lol.

I'm sure your body will adjust. If your taking any creatine that will make you hold a LOT of water weight. I'm on a very, very strict diet so that may be the reason I'm going down so fast. I plan to hit weight goal 2 months before contest end and then work on just pure muscle/maintain.
