I got pretty hungry at the very end of the day because I stayed up too long. My goal was to go to bed at 9:30 and it ended up being midnight. But I didn't eat again so I'm sure it was bad to go that long without eating.
I'm continue to feel excited about my energy levels throughout the day. I don't recall getting tired except for that one day out of the last 6, and that was most likely due to sleep. I can see a difference in the mirror. Can't wait to post pics. Not sure if I'll do it at the end of the week or halfway through. Yall just wait to see them. At the end of this 30 days my midsection is going to be ripped!

Day 7 - 175 lbs / Lost 8 lbs in 7 days!!!
Got up & weighed in this morning and I am down from 183 to 175 in just 7 days. This stuff is pretty awesome........and hopefully ALL of those 8 lbs are bodyfat. I can say that I am following the diet very strictly, but I have missed 2 days of cardio. But I can definitely see the difference in the mirror. Can't wait to post pics!

Day 7 - 175 lbs / Lost 8 lbs in 7 days!!!
Got up & weighed in this morning and I am down from 183 to 175 in just 7 days.
Today was a crazy day (Saturday). I was out of town and didn't plan well enough ahead for un-anticipated events and ended up going way too long without eating.
50g Carb day
6:30 am - 3 mitoTabs
8:30 am - M1: 2 scoops ON 100% Whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal
11:15 am - M2: 2 scoops ON 100% Whey
5:35 pm - M3: 2 scoops ON 100% Whey
7:30 pm - M4: 2 scoops ON 100% Whey
7:45 pm - M5: 1 cup of poppyseed chicken caserole, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup of chocolate chip cookie pie (obviously off the diet with this meal)
skipped M6
No Cardio or weights today. Obviously not a great day for the program and my goal.

Day 8 - 174 lbs - down another pound!
Even after going off the diet for my last meal (#5) yesterday and skipping meal #6, I still lost a pound! I'm sitting at 174 and I can really see a major difference in my midsection.
Sunday (note: I thought today was a 150g carb day but at the end of the day I realized it was supposed to be a 2nd 50g carb day! Got to be more careful)
8:15 am - 3 mitotabs
9:15 am - M1: 4 egg whites, 1 scoop ON 100% Whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal
12:00 pm - M2: 2 scoops ON 100% Whey, Brown rice
2:00 pm - 3 mitotabs & plasmajet sample (planned on lifting @ 3pm but couldn't get to the gym so I guess I wasted the sample!
2:45 pm - M3: Chicken, yams, brown rice
7:00 pm - M4: Steak, Chicken, Broccoli, yams, bell pepper
9:30 pm - M5: 1 scoop ON 100% Whey
skipped M6 so I could go to bed around 11 pm. I hate skipping meals!
No cardio or workout today.
I think I will be posting pics at the 1/2 way mark - 15 days, so expect some updated pics next week!!! Yall are going to be impressed, I promise! This stuff is great. What I really love is that I have not been entirely perfect (but close) with following the program, but I am still getting incredible results - in my opinion....

hey man im enjoying following your log! I have to say after a few days on this program i dont blame you for indulging, haha. your bro is a tough guy for abstaining. hey im wondering, does your stomach feel unsettled at all after taking the first morning dose? Each morning I've taken it I've had to wait out a somewhat sick feeling in my gut before i can work out. Just wondering if its the same for you, or if its just me? other than that everything is good, and the water is going down easier than ever!

Thanks man. Nope, no such issues so far. But my stomach is pretty strong and I've been waiting more like 45 mins - 1hr before eating Meal 1. And I am not too sensitive to stimulants (I was using 3 scoops of SuperPump250 before my workout) so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. Stick to that diet though. I think it is key to really getting lean - and it is working! Good luck!

Wow impressive progress. You appear to have lost body fat while gaining weight, am I right? You natural? No accusation just wondering.
I am using Mitotropin as well. Going to stop use on Saturday the 17th. Definitely helping me break a weight loss plateau! Can't wait to start adding weight.

Okay cool, yeah ill probably just start eating a little with that first dose. I think youre right about it being a sensitivity thing because I am more than good to go from just one scoup of superpump on a empty stomach. its good to see your progress, will you be taking those blue tablets the last three days?

man, I wish I could get what I needed from just 1 scoop. Maybe I can. Either way I can't afford to keep taking 3 so I've downed it to 2 and I may still scale it back to 1. I know 1 scoop has to still provide a benefit.
Yeah I'm definitely taking the blue pills those last three days. I don't have a competition, except with myself to see what I can do by the end of this thing. I will definitely be in the best shape of my life so to see what that looks like is going to be exciting.
What about you......gonna use them?

Yeah im doing the same thing - competing with myself. Haha, but if i get some really awesome results start showing, maybe ill get a professional photoshoot set up or something.. yeah right now i plan to take them, and from what i read about the description, it sounds like those blue pills must be an intense part of the program.

WHAT I EXPECT:
When I decide to do something, it is all or nothing. And I follow instructions EXACTLY.
Ok, is it nothing now? What happened? You can get on it right now and finish out with 2 solid weeks! Remember, you don't want me to get too far ahead you again!
