If you could only take 3 supps ...
I'm curious, if I had to buy everything I wanted to buy, I could spend hundreds of dollars on supplements every month.
As is right now, I'm buying protein powder (Muscle Milk), D-Vitamin and green tea extract. I'm baffled thinking about what else I need to buy, so I thought I'd put it out there ...
If you could only get 3 supplements a month (incl. protein), what would you buy and why?

So the only supplement you take is a multi? Why do you post in the supplement section?

The thread should be supplements excluding fish oil, multi, protein. They are staples, and lets be honest....boring.

syntha-6 or whey.
multi.
green tea extract with EGCG...
but different things work for different people. the biggest thing people don't realize is, you can be taken all the supps in the world, but if you ain't eating the right way, nothing with improve. you dont have to diet, but def cut out the junk food and stuff loaded with sugar.
