Cramps: post workout

For a while now I've been getting cramps in my pecs after a chest workout and often in my beceps after a good arm workout. I'm well hydrated, eat prior to working out, and take a multivitamin. I've thought it could be hyponutremia from drinking too much water, but that's not the case either. Does anyone have any ideas? I think it could be overtraining of these muscle groups but I've never heard of anyone else having this problem.

Check your sodium, magnesium, calcium and potassium intake. Multis are usually poor sources of these. Do you do any cool-down, stretching, or anything like that after? You don't make a mention of your training protocol so that cannot be evaluated but excessive muscle contractions or loading [for you] can be a contributing factor.
