Before pictures
Sorry if this question has already been exhausted.
I know the guys are having their own MuscleTech
Challenge, and we have ours.. sweet. Do we all
post our before pictures on the MuscleTech challenge
page, and the forum page?
For all the newbies out there doing the diet thing
for this contest.. what works for me is keeping my
diet simple. I'll post my diet tonight. Feel free to
use anything that might work for you.
Cheers ladies.. April 30.. Good Luck.

supplements during contest
I have a question on supplements and it's probably already answered somewhere in this forum, but here it goes. I'm taking a pre-work out drink called Cytoshock (purchased here on Bodybuilding.com) and in my postwork protein drinks I have BCAA and Creatine. Does anyone know if that is ok while doing this contest?

Hey! That contest is for men and women..you should do both! We need more girls in that contest!
You only have to post your pictures on your bodyspace page..but it is good to post them in the forum too.
Good Luck!

Thanks FitnessPeanut for the advice. I kinda figured it was
one or the other.. I might do both.. haha. I wonder if it
counts using Hydroxycut Max for the MuscleTech supp.?
Maybe you might be able to see my before pics here?
Good luck to all the ladies putting in the effort to
achieve their goals.

I emailed Richard. I am beginning to think that it is not a Muscle Tech product. I figured all Hydroxycut's where MT products. If that is not the case, then I may have to bow out of this one and do the BB.com/MT challenge.

I was trying to figure the same thing out. Luckily I bought both Hydroxycut and some MT protein powder. It's weird though, it has Hydroxycut Max on the front as part of the promotion for both the Hydroxycut Contest and the Muscle Tech contest. Made me think it might be okay, but who knows. Would love to know if Hydroxycut Max can be used for both.

I did the same thing! I figured I would cover my ass by getting a MT product along with the Hydroxycut! Everytime I posted that question on the MT forum it was ignored! Hooray for some more ladies participating in that too!
Making my sister take my photo's today after getting a cup of coffee and a paper today! Should be posted today or tomorrow.

I WILL be posting my before pics sometime before midnight tonight, my hubby and I have a Rockabilly function at a martini club downtown (nice for the dieters to watch others drink martinis ... boooo!) tonight so likely I will get them posted as soon as we get home, so look for them in the morning ~ I will also have my forum w/o journal thread up and running as well as all my body comp stats... let me say they are not favorable
Just wanted to check in and let everyone know I am wishing you all good luck and sending good vibes

I just received an email back from Richard and Hydroxycut Max! cannot be used as an MT product for the $50,000 challenge. So if you want to compete in both, you will need to purchase an official MT product from the MT product page. Nitro-Tech is a good option!

From what I know Hydroxycut Max! is a MuscleTech product.
It was made for females.
The Hydroxycut name is a trademark owned by Iovate.
I think the reason why you cant use Hydroxycut MAX for both contests is because this one right here you ladies are entering is a contest for female to promote this product to prove its effectiveness. Men cannot do this contest because Hydroxycut Max! is a fat loss product for women.
The other (most) Muscletech products can be used by both sexes.
But I hope that more people would also enter the other challenge MuscleTech and bodybuilding.com created for this year.
Its an awesome event. Im very excited to see changes in my physique as well as everyones

Hey well I hope you get better soon! You can always up your vitamin C intake to 3000mg a day while your sick. I would also try anything with an antihistamine to dry you up quicker and ibuprofen for pain. Anndd get plenty of sleep at least 7-8 hours. I hope this helps!

Hey I think I'm doing all 3 too! Best of luck to you. When are you starting and what products are you using? The hard body one doesn't even require a product right?

I actually started yesterday. I am using Muscletech Nitrotech Protein, Nano Vapor preworkout and Hydroxycut Max. It seems as though the Hardbody doesn't require a product, but it asks you to use it as directed. Better saf than sorry i say...
Good luck to you too!!!!

I just signed up for the contest! I don't look forward to putting before pics up though. I am not new to working out and eating right but I have been stuck at the same weight since August! I need to change something for sure! Nothing seems to be working lately.

Don't be embarrassed! I'm in the same place as you. 40 lbs is a big accomplishment. If you can do that on your own, this should be a piece of cake for you.
