ya in those snack baked apple pies and fruit rollups and soda pop not in an actual apple or orange, are you serious with this comment? You linked yourself not eating fruit because of the fructose and the obesity of america to eating fructose (without examples). You think people are fat cause they eat fruit? Do not compare an apple with a soda...they may both have fructose but they are not the same.

I usually eat fruit in the morning or after a workout. I like to put berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc...) in my oatmeal in the morning. If I snack and would like a fruit I'll splurge on an apple with peanut butter or cinnamon. After a workout I like a banana or an apple. I try to eat at least two to three fruits a day minimum. You can also get pomegranate concentrate to mix in with water. It gives you the proper antioxidants that you would get from berries. Keep in mind that I don't just eat the fruit alone. I combine foods to make a mini meal.

And you honestly believe that a piece of fruit is the reason you reach a sticking point?

hehe
I feel so thankful to be surrounded by wonderful fruits such as papaya, mangoes, and pineapple. I can't live without papaya. It's just simply delicious. It tastes amazing and it's good for you Mangoes tastes just as great when frozen. It tastes like mango sorbet. I'm sure mango has much higher calories that apples but it could be treated as a cheat fruit. Lol
Oh I also like acai too topped with granola, strawberries, bananas, and lehua honey. I eat it for dinner sometimes. Oh you have got to try acai one day... It will change your life

Fruits are one of the best source of carbs out there.
-Peaches
-Pear
-Apples
-Avocado
-Banana
-Pineapple
All of them are delicious and have some decent nutritional profile. I get at least 4-5 servings of them everyday!
Also, they have lots of fibers.

Eating Fruit
I love fruit and I never have issues staying lean. If I lose some of my leanness its from excess calories overall and trying to gain weight. I eat grapes, apples, bananas, grapefruits, oranges, all the time.

Fruit is not bad, too much fruit is not good. I have heard that certain fruits can raise your blood sugar just like normal table sugar.

not true, i would bet that every fruit ever known is MUCH more safe than refined table sugar. youre telling me that eating some apricots or grapes is more dangerous than stuffing down half a birthday cake??

nope but i probably should. hate veggies as well but i usually force myself to eat 2-3 servings a day just for health reasons. can't see spending cals on fruit when i could eat a nice juicy steak instead but if you like fruit by all means eat up. wish i liked the stuff but i figure as long as i get some veggiues in i'll be fine.
