Squats causing shoulder problems.

I have some pretty jacked up shoulders. I've already had surgery on my right one to reattach ligaments and both of them tend to slide in and out of place very easily. My problem is that when im squatting there is too much pressure being put on my shoulders and they come very close to dislocating. zjust imagine being mid-squat and your shoulder pops out. Would a wider grip help with this or possibly bad form??

You could do front squats, or you could sit the bar lower on your spine, get your form checked though.
