Cool what workout is right for me?

Hello all. My name is Trisha im 21 yrs old. Relativly new to this site.. I use to be an athlete in high school so I thought i was familiar with working out.. But what i seem to be doing isnt working quite as well as i would like.. I build muscle very very easily so I am kind of afraid to lift weights. I am wanting to tone up and have some nice arms.. theyre fat right now.. blah.. any recommendations for what i should be doing?

ok im doing cardio 6 days a week, and weight training four.. I do 3 sets of 12.. with moderate weights.. does that sound right?

that sounds alright to me but im far from an expert maybe if you go in the female forums you will get alot more help.
