I love it as it has me at a 22% BF. I'll run a few more test and should finally get a right BF for me and no Im not talking boyfriend.
|
That same calculator put me at 25.8% BF and 156.6 lean mass. You can't go by these online calculators and expect a true reading, my true test showed me at 21% and 167 lean mass.

Goal: To look like a Calvin Klein model by 2009.
I have my sights set and I'm not going to stop until I reach my goal.

Do HIIT, I found it to be the most productive. It is hardcore but a very good workout.

My resting heart rate is 53. But I bang it up to 170 + when I do cardio. But I think 140bpm is a good burning zone although HllT king.

Hey team my stupid camera got broke so I am just going to report my stats. I promise I won't lie as it wouldn't help me at all. I understand I won't be able to actually compete, but I don't really care about winning in this thread. If I lose some weight I feel that is worth a win to me. I just want to be a part of the team to help keep me motivated. KINGJAMES: Thanks for letting me stay in it.
Good Luck To All :-)
Here are my stats as of today January First 10:54am:
257.5 lbs
24.2%BF (not the most accurate, this is a Omron BF analyzer)
5'11"
25 Years Old
Male

My resting hr is about 70 bpm, resting, exercising, varies, can go from 150-180 max. i tried HIIT and it does help, can prove how outta shape or in shape you are. Its killer. Before I do HIIT I will get my cardio to be more fit than it is now, then i will start out on that. I was thinking also of doing full body circuits every other day. What do you guys think?
