i missed killing 85lb dumbbells today by two reps kinda pissed about that. (flat press) working towards 90lbs on skull crushers, should have that by next week. i started swimming for the swim team here and i suck at swimming so that should be an adventure lol.

finally went to the gym today and it felt great. i started my new rep range 8,6,4,burnout. most of the exercises i did turned out to be a little light, but that was kind of expected on the first day back with a new rep range. one one back machine i was doing 250 and on the other i was doing 230. my deadlifts felt light at 225 and the bent over dumbbell row felt light as well at 65. lat pulldowns were a struggle at 160 and cable rows were pretty easy at 185. i ate fairly healthy today and i weighed in tonight at 187lbs woo hoo :/

i did chest today and i was pretty weak for the most part. although i havent done chest in close to two weeks. i started with bench and did 185X10, 205X6, 225X2 i would have went harder and i know i could have gotten more reps but i didnt have a spotter. its really hard to find anyone worth lifting with anyway. from there i went to incline bench and i did 115X8, 135X8, 165X5, 165X4. not too bad considering its the first time i have used a barbell on any degree of bench in the past two months. decline was probably my strongest lift of the night and i did 185X8, 205X6, 205X4 followed by decline flyes at 45lbs for sets of 10,8,6,8. i then did incline dumbbell press at 70X7, 65X6, 65X5, 65X7, followed by incline flyes at 45X8, 50X6, 50X4, 50X8. i then did dips for 4 sets of bodyweight 13,10,9,8. tricep pulldowns at 150X8,8,6,5. cable crunches at 150X25,25,20 decline bench crunches with a 25lb weight for 30 reps, bodyweight decline crunches for 2 sets of 30 knee raises for 2 sets of 25, side bends for 3 sets at 1min with 30 seconds rest (45lb plates). weighted bar twists for 3 sets at 1 min with 30 seconds rest. 2 more sets of bodyweight decline situps at 20 reps. the moral of my workout tonight is dont do decline situps while hot chicks are in the stretching room doing situps behind you. luckily she had her headphones on but idk if she heard me bust ass. i just laughed and did another set. shoulders tomorrow woohoo.

workout for yesterday/ this morning was red bull and vodka supersetted with vodka and lemon. this workout was alright except i have no ****ing clue where i am right now and whos computer im using muahhahahaha
