Question about Coan/Phillipi deadlift program

When you go to the circuit part of the program, ie stiff legged deads, etc, how much weight do you use in comparison to the amount used in the top set of 2 of heavy deads?

Thanks man, but it doesn't have what numbers to use specifically. I'm just wondering what percentage of the max I would use for stiff legged deads, bent over rows, and good mornings. Seeing as it is that the program is so specific to suggest an exact percentage for the top heavy set of 2, and the speed deads, it surprises me a little that there isn't any suggestion of a percentage for the assistance work. (has anyone else wondered about this?)

I have only been using right around 135 lbs for that stuff, because my back is well burned out and beaten from all the speed deads so much that I wouldn't be able to lift much afterwards anyway. So would I just lift whatever I can manage at that point in the work out?

i did 385x2 again, and 300x3x3 speed DLs (come up real fast) on monday, double overhand no straps. the chalk i was sent in the mail helps so fkin much i can DO pry 4 plates

and i'm done tweaking my form, i think i finally almost-perfected it. GAINS PLS COME.

did 435x2 yesterday... got the 3rd rep off the ground but my grip failed (yes mixed grip + chalk). if i get it off the ground its a for sure lock out. so ill just keep telling myself i can do 435x3 lol

Yea, I feel you on deciding which numbers to use exactly. I haven't been doing much more than 135 for either the straight leg deads, the bent over rows, or the good mornings. It's pretty much all I can handle at that point.
