No wonder your wiped! Doing deads and squats on the same day is punishing!
I understand the DL on Back day but dont get the SLDL and Leg Curls on Chest Day thing.

Why do hamstring with chest? Are you thinking a 4 day split?

Im doing a 5 day split because I only have 1 hour in the gym
Remember this leg workout was an EXCEPTION since I went to the gym twice and had a full dinner and caffeine inbetween workouts.

Why do hamstring with chest?
Because the chest is no where near as massive a muscle group as the legs. The hamstrings don't create a huge energy drain either. If you pair the two, you should have the energy to get it all done in one w/o. That leaves you with enough energy to hit your legs on leg day without "killing" yourself and leaving you hammered the next day.
