gonna need to see the legs but you have good upper body size. a 28 week diet is long but do-able. I did a 24 week diet for my first show and the advantage is you dont loose much muscle and the first 10 weeks arent too bad.

Should be enough time.
Forget the body % estimates. Get in some real light with no cool shadowing. Full body as well.
Big frame on ya!

here are some of my leg pics. I had to use my macbook cuz i left camera back at home. My legs need some catching up to do, I never worked them out religiously until not too long ago. So legs and arms will be my focus during this 8 week bulk. I've always been gifted with good calves though.

tnx bro. sorry for the really late response. There was something wrong with my macbook's hard drive, I kept getting the blinking folder with the question mark. So, I had to have a new hard drive shipped in and it took a while. Will update log more frequently now.

I know I havent really updated, or kept this log well, but Ive been super busy with finals kick my a$s. Ochem lab final sucked, I hate reading IR spectrums =(. Nutritional Biochem final tomorrow, that should be easy =D. Well I'm two weeks into my bulk, and lost some def. cuz i probably took my macros too high too fast. Im at around 221 right now, with around 65g fat, 400g carbs, and 250g protein. roughly 3,200 cals.
Training Split is
Mon-Upper
Tues- Lower
Wed- OFF
Thurs- Back/Chest
Fri- Legs
Sat- Shoulder/Arms
Sun-Off
Will post new pics around 4 weeks.

Hey bro,
looks like we may be doing the same show. I am doing a long cutting phase too so I don't lose a ton of mass and come in really lean! Best of luck on the process!
