Back in the Saddle
back into training like a powerlifter. thought i would keep a log to track myself.
been training bodybuilding lately and just decided to come back and train to get strong again. starting light and going heavier each to week to get my strength back.
here's my split im using
Monday - bench- flat, incline, closegrip, bent over rows, abs
Wednesday - squat, abs
Thursday - light bench, military press, biceps, triceps, abs
Saturday - deadlifts and pull downs, abs
