I just joined literally ten minutes ago.
My goal is to totally transform my body. After 3 kids...my oldest being ELEVEN now...there are no more excuses! lol
I currently model and I have been pretty successful so far but I know that if I tweak my weight and body fat...I could be sooooo much further along :-s
Basically...I don't know where to start :-(
The ONE time that I got serious about losing weight and toning up (TWO years ago when I first started modeling) I did MAJOR cardio and that was it. TWO years later...I'm almost back to square one! *sigh*
Can somebody....ANYBODY....EVERYBODY! please help me with information? Pretty pleeeease?
Supplements, workout plan, etc?
