Like the above statement said it depends on your goals. If you want a very defined frame you need to eat clean all the time, I eat clean most of the time but I still go off track sometimes.

its all about your goals, and the amount of calories your taking in / require.
junk food is not going to kil you, the problem with it tends to be alot of calories and stripped of vitamins/minerals/fiber etc

Define what "eating clean" means...
So if I eat 1 jelly bean every day, am I eating dirty every day?????

I eat clean about 90% of the time, I see nothing wrong with occasinaly treating yourself. it also depends on the individual and their goal some people are blessed with good genes and are able to have a much more lax approach to their diet.

FWIW, I was 100% clean until about a month ago when I choose to go 90/10. I can't explain it, but having the occassional chunk of banana bread, a pumpkin muffin or a slice of cheese pizza has had an incendiary effect on my metabolism. I'm eating more, less clean (on top of, not in place of) and LOSING weight.

Is it necessary to make something that has been debunked forever?
95% of the people on these forums will never step on stage, and just want to live the life of a bodybuilder by eating healthier, and smashing iron in the gym on a daily basis.
Keep your Protein in Check
Get your EFA's everyday
Get some Vitamins/Minerals
and if its within your Macros/Calories for the day and not 100% clean DO NOT STRESS IT. Im not saying everything has to be whatever you define as dirty, but making it a statement to eat 100% clean for everything is not necessary, and the effects on body composition and results will be negligible.
