i'm not sure if i posted in the thread you put in the pl section, but I would pull a little less stiff legged if i were u.

it is true that you don't want to try to squat the weight up, but you want your back in rigid extension when you go down to the bar, in order to do that you want to lock your hips and back, this will require you to lower your hips a little bit more than you did for your pull.

your back angle at the start of your pull:



and not saying I have great deadlifting technique, and we most assuredly have slightly different leverages, I want you to compare our back angles, and specifically the rigidity of the lower back in relation to the hips at the start of my pull vs. your pull.

Dont think you did, thanks, I think I had my hip set lower for 405, but not sure, I need to get another vid at a lighter weight to check my form.

Ya, I noticed the angle too, Ill work on that big time since I start slightly rounded and dont want that.
