The first picture is me a couple of years ago at around 120.

First pic is me Freshman year of college. I don't remember what I weighed...maybe 180...190? (I'm 6'4")
The second and third pictures are my most recent progress pics taken about a month ago (now a senior in college).
I didn't start seriously bodybuilding until this past summer (2008) so I've been going at it hardcore for about 6 months now and packed on a bunch of muscle.

hey,
I went from being fat, skinny and bulky. When I was fat my weight was 86kg at age 15, then earlier this year went back to 72kg. From then till now im 95kg and I'm 16.

well i feel much better about what i am working towards. seeing pictures of you guys really helps! I started hitting the gym weighing about 133-4 and i am now about 146 i dont really have a picture of then as compared to now, but good work everyone
