I work at GNC..i am no pro but have learned from customers lol..I would maybe take a whey isolate with less fat,sugar, and carbs the pro nos..and maybe take a 24 hour protein b4 bed (they are usually higher in everything but release slowly) and something to get rid of water weight there are a few companies our there that have them..or a nitrix oxide supplement will give you that cut look and at the sime time allow nutrients to get your muscles faster as you work out..Or i dont know how much you weigh but one of my customers competes at least once a year and swears by plasma jet.
