i punch walls
i punch walls too lol but im easing off now so it doesnt get injured (knuckle joints) its good for conditioning but train other areas too for fights like elbows and shins

wrist curls maybe? not sureeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, would doez make it bigger?
ps when i hit brick walls its a short hit, full hit and my hand would no more LOL

Using hands in general will make them bigger, lifting heavy weights ext. Train grip through pinch ext will make it grow faster.
