suggestions are welcome
my name is Asfand yar.. and ivebeen working out for past 3 years almost.. Ive build good muscles and the only issue I have is the fat on tummy.. though iam doing regular and irregular abs exercises such as bicycle crunches and crunches there is no greater effect.
Iam not beginning to use celltech hardcore for muscle building and fat reducing..
if any one has further suggestions plz advice..

hang leg raises and knee raises as well as a variety of ab exorcises will target that specific portion of your abdominal, but you need to take your focus to the kitchen, don't worry about any supplements, eat light every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism high burning that fat storage, lemme know any other questions you have bro, i'd be more than happy to help

Your abs are covered in a layer of fat. You need to lose that fat before your abs will show. Doing ab exersises will help strengthen and define your ab muscles, but if theres fat on top your hard work will go unnoticed. Lose that fat by throwing some cardio in there and watching your diet especially.

well yea thanx alot.. I know I need to tune my tummy but I think its so impossible as ive been doing ab exercies since a long time.. (not regular) but still .. the upper part of my body is great like shoulders, chest, bis and tris and ive also started to do guerilla cardio.. can u be more precise abt ab exercises and my diet?
and iam taking celltech hardcore supplement now.. wud it work reducing my weight ?

I'd lay off the abs exercises until you lose the fat. You'll actually make your tummy bigger by building up the muscle under an undecreasing layer of fat. Hitting the cardio would be the instinctive reaction but you are very likely to lose some muscular size this way. A lot comes down to diet...

yea well iam doin guerilla cardio.. and yes abs exercises dont work at all.. can u plz gimme a defined and precised diet then ?
