Also, i know someone who gets GNC products much more cheaper than they sell stuff for, which is why i bought black powder.
As for the product itself - i like it alot. I take generally 1-1.5 scoops depending on how crazy i wanna get before workout, and as it says, i feel effects very quickly. I just did a full body workout (thurs 3/20) off one scoop and i felt dizzy afterwards from the intensity i put in. Black powder helped in that. But honestly, unless ur looking for mind blowing energy and stuff, Black powder is not that. Its purpose is to get focused and ready for ur workout, not turn ur insides out of caffiene and other crap - aka this SuperDump moniker this superpump250 receives. And taking super ****s is all the reason for me i wont try it cuz my metab is fast already on its freekin own, and i crap enough as it is.
Bottom line is I really like Black powder. Better than NO Explode cuz i dont like that jittery energy. So i guess its preference.

It really is all about personal preference, I just happened to not have a great experience with Black powder.

Man, I love the black powder ... first time i tried it i took 2 scoops cuz NO products have never seemed to effect me, but the Black Powder had my energy, vascularity and focus all off the charts .... i cut back and only take 1.5 scoops at a time now and its still awesome every time

You may be building a tolerance towards the caffeine, idk. As for the one scoop serving, it also says do not take more than 3 in a 24 hour period... maybe a little hint hint.

FYI I've tried Nano vapor and among all the pre work out drinks I've tried it has to be the most potent. So much that I think I've thrown up after 50% of my work outs using it. But I have to say it works but I'm not willing to feel sick before each of my work outs. So now I use Blackpowder and after the first month of using it, it feels like I'm leveling out with the effects. I actually add a few grams of creatine to the blackpowder for endurance. I hope that helps.
Although I'm really interested in trying some gaspari products.

I think honestly supplements work different with different people due to their body, etc.
like for me, Gaspari didn't work all that good for me, where as Blackpowder is working awesome for me so far!

I just picked up a can of Black Powder from GNC yesterday bc I got a gift card for x-mas from my mother-in -law. I was kind of torn between superpump 250 and black powder, as they were both on sale. SuperPump 250, was actually cheaper, but I have tried samples of this in the past and didn't get good results. I used the Black Powder this morning @ 1 scoop before my arm workout and HOLY ****! It felt like my arms were going to EXPLODE!!! I couldn't even cross my arms across my chest when I was doing my ball crunches @ the end of my workout! My abs even got a pump from this ****!!!!!!! I will never use another NO Product again!!!
