Legs seem to always hurt after leg day and for me the only thing that makes them hurt less is just keep doing them as scheduled. It also seems to help to walk/jog for 20 minutes to half hour for I read somewhere that helps move the latic acid about or something... works for me. I do know if you keep at it your body will adjust. I think the pain will still come but it does not seem as bothersome if that makes any sense.
